YOUR DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILTIES You’ll play a vital role in supporting project delivery and commercial outcomes, including: Supporting the Project Manager in assessing and managing contract risks Preparing, reviewing, and administering subcontracts and supplier agreements Implementing contract administration systems and plans Managing procurement schedules and monitoring subcontractor performance Reviewing variations, claims, and liquidated damages Providing commercial and contractual advice to the project team Interpreting contract terms and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with design, quality, and program requirements Using key industry software such as Procore and Hammertech ARE YOU A FIT? To be successful, you’ll bring: A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline Proven experience working for commercial building contractors in Australia on commercial construction projects (essential) Proficiency with common construction software (Procore, Hammertech, etc.) Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills WHAT'S ON OFFER WHY APPLY?
